We are excited to present our readers and community with the second edition of Nursing Cable.

Nursing Cable is the official newsletter of the Journal Club of the Institute of Nursing Research, Nigeria. 

In this edition, we have highlighted the major activities of the Institute, which include celebrating the achievements of our leaders and members, key collaborations with external organisations and more. 

We have also included an exclusive interview with our director of research and statistics, Yetunde Oluwafunlilayo Tola (RN, RM, PhD). In the interview, she takes us on an exciting journey through her experience so far in the nursing profession.

Furthermore, we have included a section that focuses on the recent advancements in nursing practice. It consists of the latest developments in clinical practice, including telemedicine, health analytics, and patient care. This section is particularly useful for nurses seeking to stay informed about the most up-to-date nursing care and developments in healthcare delivery.
